1. What types of yoga do you offer at Yuj Healing?

We offer a variety of yoga styles, from more dynamic forms like Ashtanga or Vinyasa to more restorative practices such as Yin or Nidra. Each session is tailored to the level and needs of the participants, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi.

2. Do I need prior yoga experience to join a retreat?

No, our retreats are designed for all levels, including beginners, intermediate and advanced students. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each practice, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported.

3. Can I join the retreat if I'm pregnant or have injuries?

Yes! As long as your doctor permits, you are very welcome to join. At Yuj Healing we offer lots of variations in classes to accommodate all needs, levels and injuries. We have experience accommodating pregnant women as well as students with both psychological and physical injuries. Please inform us upon booking if you need any special adjustments in our practice or accommodation and we will make all relevant arrangements for you.

4. What is included in the retreat package?

Our retreat packages typically include accommodation, daily yoga classes, daily meditation and breathwork sessions, two nutritious meals, and wellness evening workshops. Additional services, such as massages, hikes, cooking classes and more can be booked separately. Read more here

5. What should I bring to the retreat?

We recommend bringing comfortable yoga clothes, swimwear, a water bottle and any personal items you might need. Yoga mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if preferred. We also offer towels and toiletries to all our guests.

6. Can I attend the retreat solo?

Absolutely! Many of our participants come on their own, and our retreats are a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded individuals while focusing on your own healing journey. You’ll find a supportive and welcoming community, and whether you prefer solitude or social interaction, you’ll have the space to engage in whichever way feels best for you.

7. Are meals provided, and do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we provide healthy, vegetarian meals made with homegrown products throughout the retreat. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free options, as well as allergies. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific requirements.

8. How do I book a retreat, and what is the payment process?

You can book a retreat by contacting us through our booking form. We will then reach out to learn more about your goals and background for this retreat. Payment is made through a payment link of Eurobank (in euros) ensuring credit card details are safely encrypted and secure.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your retreat, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund, while cancellations made within 30 days may be subject to partial refunds, depending on the circumstances.

10. What are the accommodations like?

Our accommodations are designed to be peaceful, clean and comfortable, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. We offer both private and shared rooms, depending on your preference. You are more than welcome to buddy up with a friend and book a room for both of you! We also offer various relaxation and restoration spaces, both indoors and outdoors. 11. What can I expect from a typical day at the retreat?

A typical day begins with morning yoga, meditation and breathwork, followed by our delightful family-style brunch. You’ll have plenty of free time during the day for swimming, relaxation, exploring nature, or enjoying massages and therapy treatments. In the evening, we usually practice restorative yoga and sound healing sessions. Dinner is served around 7:30 p.m., and we often linger at the table enjoying conversation. The late evening is free for you to unwind, read a book, or simply relax before heading to bed.

12. How do I get to Yuj Healing?

Yuj Healing is located in Ornos, Mykonos. You can fly directly to Mykonos from most major European airports, or travel from Athens by boat or plane.

Our affiliated travel agency, Synthesis Group, can assist with booking your tickets - just let us know and we’ll connect you with them. Airport and port transfers can also be arranged for an additional charge. Please inform us upon booking if you would like us to organize this for you.
